Delivery and refund policy

Delivery and refund policy

Instant digital delivery

The Yearwise Planner is a fully digital product, a Google Sheets file. As soon as your payment goes through, the thank-you page and an email give you the product link. You copy the file to your own Google Drive and start using it straight away.

Refunds

Because the planner is digital and can be opened and copied the moment you buy it, sales are final once the link has been delivered.

Our support promise

If you have any trouble reaching the file, opening it, or copying it to your account, get in touch and we will sort it out. If the link cannot be delivered for a technical reason on our side, we will put it right or refund you.
